As Revelation tells it, events that appear tragic can work great good. Have you ever experienced that in your life?

Two potential dangers in reading Revelation are avoiding it entirely or getting obsessed with its details. Which danger are you most familiar with? Why do we need the message of Revelation today?

In appearance the locusts were like horses equipped for battle. On their heads were what looked like crowns of gold; their faces were like human faces,

I don't think we should worry or feel sad that some prophecies haven't come to fruition, God knows what is all planned and we need to rely on that.

Gnosticisim showed itself in several ways: the belief that matter was evil, a desire for "super-spirituality", a tendency towards loose morals. How can we counter those same trends among Christians today?
